2012 Mustang GT
Customer Concern: Customer states they are driving the vehicle to attend Mustang week and want to have a brake, tire and suspension inspection prior to departure due to harsh ride quality.
Cause: Upon inspection and test drive, vehicle is equipped with multiple aftermarket suspension parts to include struts, shocks, lowering springs, bump steer kit, adjustable pan hard bar, rear lower control arms. These modifications lower the center of gravity and likely the culprit of stiffer ride quality experienced by the customer. Inspection of the braking system showed pads worn to lower yellow indicator.
Correction: Recommend replacing all four tires due to age. Using the Procut to resurface rotors and replace pads along with brake system flush.
